What We Collect

When you contact us or ask to become a referral partner, we collect your name, business or firm name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us in the form. We also record the page you sent it from, your browser type and the time you submitted.

How We Use It

• To respond to your enquiry and assess whether our funding programs fit your business.
• To work with you as a referral partner, if that is why you contacted us.
• To understand which pages bring the most useful enquiries.

We do not sell your information.

Where Your Information Is Stored and Processed

Information you submit is stored in a database hosted in Canada. Our website and email are run by service providers that may process your information in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. We require our service providers to protect it and to use it only to provide their services to us.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry information for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or partner, or ask us to delete it sooner.

Advertising Measurement

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive information such as the pages you visit and whether you submitted a form. You can control ad tracking in your Meta account settings and your browser.
