Questions

Provida Express, Explained

What kinds of invoices do you fund?

Invoices for work you have completed for other businesses, such as corporate clients, property managers, institutions and producers. We do not fund invoices to consumers.

What do I need to get started?

A few minutes to tell us about your business. When we call, we will ask for a few documents, such as your receivables aging and some sample invoices.

Will my customers know?

Yes. Your invoices tell your customers to pay a Provida account. It is a standard arrangement and we handle it professionally.

What does it cost?

One fee, based on the invoice amount and how long the invoice is outstanding. There is no long-term contract, and you see the full cost before any invoice is funded.

Who qualifies?

Canadian registered businesses outside Quebec, operating for at least 12 months, invoicing other businesses, with CRA remittances up to date.

What if I need more than $100,000?

Our invoice factoring facilities run up to $5,000,000 for established mid-market companies.
